The idea of Atlas Memoria began with a simple conversation. On his way to visit family, Yacine was talking with his sister about the lack of comfortable places in Chréa to sit, talk, and enjoy time together. Shortly after, he noticed an old space for rent. For him, it felt like a sign. He immediately contacted the owner, resigned from his job, and started this adventure.
For over five years, his goal has remained the same: serving traditional Algerian dishes, but with a modern twist.
